Worst staff ever.A casino employee forced me to delete a photo I took, and I felt really ashamed and uncomfortable because nowhere in the casino was this restriction mentioned. I’ve been to casinos in Las Vegas and understand certain rules, especially regarding customer privacy. However, this place had no signs or warnings—so how was I supposed to know?One particular staff member (a bald man) was especially rude. His treatment of customers was unacceptable, and he should be fired. Absolutely disgraceful!
We attended on a Wednesday as we were interested in viewing the poker competition starting that day. We were the only ones at the bar so had very good service. The lovely waitress was attentive and started a tab for us. The casino has machine options for three different currencies, ARS peso, USD, BRL Reals. It is a small casino but for the small region it makes sense.
We attended the Tango show and I thought it was excellent. I wished more people had been in the audience because it.wqs lovely. We got some food to go at the casino and the service was great except they forgot to give salad dressing which was a bummer to discover when we got to our hotel.
Very unprofessional organisation. We wanted to play with some money and pinned some extra to get some pesos later. The man didnt informed us wich rate and fee they use. We paid now 50 euros extra fee to get some cash. We are backpackers and this is really a lot of money for us. Thanks a lot
