ADMIRAL Filiale Guide and Review

The ADMIRAL Filiale, a casino located in Linz, Austria, presents a varied picture based on recent customer feedback. While some visitors have expressed satisfaction, several significant concerns regarding staff conduct and services have emerged, casting a shadow over the overall experience.
Customer Service: A Point of Contention đ
One of the most polarizing aspects of ADMIRAL Filiale, according to reviews, is its customer service. One user praised the staff, stating, "I am very satisfied, the people working there are very friendly and nice." This positive sentiment, however, stands in stark contrast to other, more recent and detailed accounts.
A particularly concerning incident was reported by a user on February 15th, 2024. This review describes an experience where an employee allegedly reacted aggressively towards a 6-year-old child waiting outside the electric door while the parent was briefly inside asking for an address. The employee reportedly "jumped up to grab him and got out" to remove the child. When the parent intervened, the employee allegedly "started screaming really loudly" and demanded the parent leave the premises because the child was not 18. The review also claims that the customer was "insulted because of her language." Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue via phone calls to the branch were reportedly met with the same employee repeatedly hanging up, without offering an apology. A formal complaint was reportedly sent to service@admiral.at regarding this behavior, highlighting a significant lapse in customer interaction and conflict resolution.
Gambling Experience & Amenities
Beyond staff interactions, the casino's offerings and perceived value have also drawn criticism. One user lamented the gambling outcome, stating, "I can throw my money out the window too," indicating a general dissatisfaction with the returns or overall experience of playing. This common sentiment among casino-goers suggests that for some, the establishment does not provide a particularly rewarding or entertaining gambling environment.
Another point of contention has been the change in complimentary services. One patron expressed disappointment that complimentary drinks, which were reportedly offered before the pandemic, are no longer provided. This user, who stated they "leave a lot of money there," felt let down by this reduction in perceived value, suggesting a decline in customer perks despite continued patronage.
Overall Impression
The ADMIRAL Filiale in Linz appears to be an establishment with inconsistent service quality. While some visitors find the staff friendly and the experience satisfactory, severe incidents of alleged aggressive and unprofessional employee behavior, coupled with a perceived decline in customer amenities and general dissatisfaction with gambling outcomes, point to significant areas for improvement. For potential visitors, it seems the experience can vary widely, from pleasant to deeply disappointing.
Totally unfriendly employee was on February 15th, 2024 at 3:40 p.m. asking an address inside when the employee suddenly jumped up and ran to the door. I noticed that my son (6) was waiting in front of the electric door, she jumped up to grab him and got out When I intervened of course, she started screaming really loudly and I should leave the place too.. he's not 18!I then asked her whether the whole thing was simply not possible in normal sound. Was also insulted because of her language!Nevertheless, I later tried to call the branch and clarify it over the phone. She again wouldn't let me speak and kept hanging up on me, which I find totally rude because she could at least apologize for her behavior!!I also sent a complaint to service@admiral.at and asked for a call back. I'm curious to see if anyone will get in touch now.
Not good, I was offered drinks before the pandemic, I was inside twice and nothing happened. I'm disappointed because I'm leaving a lot of money there
