Located in Traunstein, Salzburg, K1 Spielothek presents itself as a casino and a local hub. User reviews paint a rather polarized picture, with experiences ranging from highly positive to deeply negative, primarily revolving around staff interactions and the overall atmosphere.
The most prominent theme across reviews is the stark contrast in customer service. While some visitors have lauded the staff, others have found them incredibly unwelcoming:
Beyond staff, the ambiance and operational aspects also draw differing comments:
Despite the mixed reviews, one positive note regarding issue resolution emerged, with a customer expressing gratitude for receiving a delayed refund of 40 euros, suggesting that while issues may arise, they can be resolved. However, the overarching negative sentiment from multiple recent reviews, particularly concerning staff attitude and technical competence, indicates a significant concern for potential visitors.
In summary, K1 Spielothek Traunstein appears to be a venue with strong potential as a social gathering spot and a place for entertainment like darts and gambling. However, its current reputation is heavily impacted by inconsistent customer service, with experiences ranging from highly professional and patient staff to those described as profoundly rude and incompetent. Prospective visitors should be aware of this variability in service quality when considering a visit.
Incredibly unfriendly โ โโabsolute impudence!I have rarely experienced such rude and disrespectful staff! Instead of being polite to customers, I was treated with an arrogance that was unparalleled. Not a shred of friendliness, instead annoyed looks and stroppy answers. Anyone who has so little interest in their job should look for another one! I will never enter this store again - an absolute disaster!
Thanks, I got my 40 euros back, although it took a while. But now everything is fine, because this K1 at the train station is the only meeting point where I can meet with my friends, colleagues and spend free time. Thank you forever.Kind regards, O. Zailer
I wholeheartedly congratulate this employee of yours, whose name is "Ugur", for his wonderfully tolerant staff and his patient and pleasant attitude despite the customers' inconsistent behavior, shouting and making a mess. I really congratulate him for being very patient. Bravo, you are very good, Ugur.I also congratulate the business owner, it is a great LUCK to have such an employee.Greetings and Best regards.... ๐๐๐
The unfriendly staff just complain and ruin the whole atmosphere. You've been a regular there for a year and you're scared away from the store, you don't want to go there anymore. Just sad.
I've known the casino for many years. There's hardly a day where someone you don't know is there, and you can quickly make friends, whether it's for a quick chat or a game of darts/gambling.But last night I was really shocked. A lady at the bar asked what we wanted and said we were just dating. She needed to see our IDs, though, as we were all over 20 [FOR DARTS!!??] Then she did something on the computer for 15 minutes and said there was something wrong with one of them and started arguing (one of them only had a driver's license). Instead of the date of birth, she kept entering the driver's license issue date (2018)... No offense, but she's definitely not the brightest person.Besides, it's anything but cozy when the TV for music and the TV for football summaries seem to be trying to drown each other out in the same room at the same time.Absolutely no-go to go back there....
