I won 15 euros in the end by being careful.Second time, I took for 15 euros and I first lost quite quickly before gaining a little, in the end, I neither won nor lost. I simply got back what I bet. On the other hand, I spoke with a person there and I had a good time there.The game being the game, if I had lost it wouldn't have been a big deal as long as I had a good time and for that the staff was there to see to it. So for my part, it’s a great place, alone or with others.

Very unpleasant staff and constantly ripping off the machines. not to mention the roulette that when you win on a full machine the machine blocks and you don't even pay your bet. Just for information to people who are angry about the bar service, your drinks are free for some and barely a few cents for others, it is not a bar or a café but a games room. You're confusing everything, it's a bonus for the players so I can understand the staff who are obliged to serve a whole troop of young people who are clearly having an evening meal and who end up at the Family to drink and eat for free by putting barely €5 in a machine, just to say... "and but we played, we have the right to annoy the staff at 3 a.m. and ask for lots of coffee and soups too, and not finish our drinks and ask for more, after all we pay not! »Then, it remains a business! If you put a ticket in a machine, it is very likely that you will not get your bet back! New games room, they were at bld tirou Charleroi moving near town 2 to Grand Rue 106, large non-paying and guarded parking lot I find it great for Charleroi, the staff REALLY very pleasant I would like to point this out because this is not always the case in other games rooms... Several games, 1 roulette... Very good free coffee as well as the sofas! Friday and Saturday EXCELLENT pizza!! A MUST SEE! 10/10 for the staff....
