Awful experience at this casino due to a woman working at the front desk (17 June). She was incredibly rude, uniformed and discriminatory. She actually said to me that blind people don't go to casinos because they're blind and that they would never be allowed inside with a guide dog because they can't play casino games. I was appalled by her ignorance and unkindness. I asked to speak to her manager (or anyone else who wasn't her), which she initially refused and then when I insisted, she called someone on the phone and then lied to them. She refused entry to a disabled woman with a legal Belgian service dog. She honestly was already in a bad mood once we entered and it felt like she wanted to be right after I corrected her that "yes, disabled people are still able to go to a casino"
