SPIELSTATION Guide and Review

Located in the picturesque city of Spa, Belgium, SPIELSTATION operates primarily as a casino, offering a gaming experience to its visitors. Based on recent patron feedback, the establishment garners a mixed but generally positive reception, with many highlighting its inviting atmosphere and attentive staff.
👍 What Patrons Appreciate
Several aspects of SPIELSTATION consistently receive praise from visitors:
- Cleanliness & Modern Facilities: The gaming room is frequently described as "very clean", with patrons noting the presence of "new machines", contributing to a pleasant environment.
- Exceptional Staff & Service: The staff is widely commended for their kindness and friendliness. Many reviewers emphasize the personal touch and feeling of being "pampered", creating a "lovely atmosphere". One reviewer specifically mentions that staff greetings extend even to the parking lot.
- Amenities & Comfort:
- Non-smoking environment: A significant plus for those who prefer a smoke-free gaming space.
- Complimentary drinks: Beverages are offered free of charge, enhancing the overall value.
- Food service: Pizza is available, though it's noted to be frozen during summer.
- Overall Ambiance: Despite the inherent nature of gambling, many describe SPIELSTATION as a "pleasant" and enjoyable casino to visit, fostering a welcoming vibe.
⚠️ Areas for Consideration
While many reviews are positive, some concerns and observations emerged:
- Customer Conduct: A recurring point of frustration for some patrons is the behavior of fellow gamblers. Complaints include individuals "banging on the devices" to the point of causing damage, attempting to occupy "several devices" simultaneously, or even aggressively claiming machines already in use.
- Specific Staff Interaction: One particularly critical review highlighted an isolated incident regarding a staff member described as "Diana." The reviewer claimed this individual, allegedly in a leadership role, was more preoccupied with personal activities (smoking, eating pizza, private visits, cell phone use) than serving drinks, providing a brusque "LATER" when asked. This suggests potential inconsistencies in service, though it appears to be an outlier among otherwise positive staff comments.
- The Nature of Gambling: As with any casino, patrons are reminded that winning "depends on luck" and that a win is not always guaranteed.
✨ Conclusion
SPIELSTATION in Spa, Belgium, generally offers a positive and comfortable casino experience. Its strengths lie in its clean and modern environment, coupled with a staff widely praised for their friendliness and attentive service, making visitors feel truly valued. While challenges with certain patron behaviors and an isolated complaint about a specific staff member exist, the overall sentiment points towards a well-maintained and enjoyable gaming establishment, particularly for those who appreciate a welcoming atmosphere and complimentary amenities.
Very clean game room, very kind staff and new machines.. as in any spielhalle, it depends on luck, but you can also win if you catch a good day. no smoking, drinks are free. pizza is served, frozen in summer. .everything is super ok.
I would say overall a pleasant casino…. Over time, when you know certain people (staff), you will always be greeted in a friendly manner, even when you are entering the parking lot and want to lock your bike. What bothers me are mainly the people who think they bang on the devices (until the buttons break over time) as if they were on a construction site or something, or who think they use several devices, or even when they see me moving on the device, they grab the device and then cheekily say to me in my face that I was just about to play... but hey, the devices you already have aren't enough...I often have to hold back when dealing with people like that...
It's always fun to visit this place. Even if you don't always win. The staff is simply great and you are really pampered. Very personal, nice and also lovely atmosphere.
The redhead Diana says she is the boss and is more occupied with smoking and eating pizza and attending private visits or using her cell phone instead of bringing drinks. When asked there is only a mushy “LATER” so nothing could be worse!
