I have visited many casinos in different counties but this one is my favorite one so far, the services are extremely good ( variety, quick respond ).I mostly like it because the cards are Manually shuffled by hands unlike other casinos.I would love to thank Mr Alp ♥️ the relation manager for his support and because of him we keep coming back to the same place ( very welcoming man, makes me feel home, treat us like family ).
Still one of the best casinos, where you are treated pretty well, but definitely not the same as before and there have been slight reductions in offerings for their clients. However stupid it is for Plovdiv still one of the better places to hang with some friends and chill away from the noise and stay till later in the night, as long as you can control yourself :)
The hotel is in a historic building. There is casino inside and it is safe to visit there with family. The pool is conforting outside. If you are visiting the hotel in winter , there is also an inside pool. The rooms are under renovation and they will be much better in coming years I hope.
If you are a from another country you will experience total discrimination.The personal is totally unfriendly.The machines are fixed and they make fun of me .Also for loss of 1500 lv no bonus...Just really bad mafia people....
Dealers show no sense of customer service and looked as if you were bothering them. Not even one smile or greeting at the table and just made for a horrible experience. I wouldn't visit again.Bad experience and not what you want on a first visit.
