Every time our group of players is there, he comes to us, talks to us, helps us and explains everything we need to know about the games. Thank You

There’s a great variety of games, and everything felt very well-organized and clean. I appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything ran.The lounge area was a nice surprise too. I had a couple of cocktails there while listening to live music—really great vibe, not too loud, and perfect for relaxing between games. I also tried one of the restaurants, and the food was outstanding—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.One thing that stood out was how secure and comfortable I felt throughout the night. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy yourself without worry.Overall, this is by far one of the best casino experiences I’ve had in Europe. The Casino itself is luxurious and specious. Some of the senior personnel are very experienced and quite friendly and nice. The service however is abysmal. You wait for ages for a waiter and when he finally arrives It turns out you have maxed out your credits by ordering a single drink. Quite hilarious considering that people gamble away hefty sums. Some of the people behind the tables speak English to a degree and very few actually speak bulgarian. Great Casino but below par management.
