We stayed in a standard apartment. It’s clean and nice, but the mattress is not comfortable and the sofa bed is so hard and squeaky, it’s impossible to sleep on it. We liked the restaurant, but the women’s toilet there smells like canalisation really bad. Spa is good, the pool is warm. Hamam, however, is out of order for a good while now. Location of the hotel is very good and the view is beautiful
Amazing hotel. Very nice rooms, amazing breakfast, hotel is about 10 minutes by walk from the sea. Very beautiful view from the room windows. Nice and polite people on a reception. Although it was renovated 4 years ago, the hotel is very well maintained, both the rooms and the common spaces. The hotel reception is very large. It has a restaurant plus two very cozy lobbies. There are two restaurants in the hotel, on the ground floor and the 1st floor, both with spaces for smokers and non-smokers.The breakfast was varied and tasty.The room is not very big but clean and with ambient lights. The towels were changed every day. The minibar in the room is very varied.Very nice Spa area. The pool is a bit small compared to the number of rooms, but it was not crowded at all. The children's pool and jacuzzi are separated from the large pool. They also have a bar where you can get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Sauna, massage, etc.It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff located in the city center, right in the pedestrian area. There are many shops and restaurants in the area and now for the holidays it was beautifully lit.They have two small parking lots in front and behind the hotel, plus another one 1.5 km away, for a fee, around BGN 20 per dayThe New Year's Eve dinner menu was rich, beautiful atmosphere maintained by local artists.I was shocked by the way the water was remote from the floor at the pool. The cleaning ladies take the water from the floor and pull it towards the swimming pool. Of course that the water doesn't just end up to the glutter but also in the pool and it doesn't matter if you are sitting to the edge of the pool. Although I reported this nothing was changed in the 4 days I stayed.
