Located prominently in the vibrant city of Sunny Beach, Bulgaria, the Monte Gaming Club stands out as a recognizable landmark, visible from various points around town. As a primary casino establishment, it offers a range of gaming experiences, but feedback from visitors suggests a truly mixed bag of fortunes and experiences.
Many visitors have found Monte Gaming Club to be a place of excitement and, at times, good luck. Its reputation for taking and giving is a core part of the casino experience, fostering "great memories" for some. Beyond the thrill of the games, the club provides some appreciated amenities:
However, not all experiences at Monte Gaming Club have been positive. Several critical points have been raised by patrons, particularly concerning specific games, staff professionalism, and internal policies:
Generally well-received, with specific mentions of "funny" themed slots, like the Vampire slot, leading to wins for some players. The availability of phone charging at these machines is a definite plus.
Experiences here seem to be more tied to individual luck, with one notable negative outcome based on a player's betting strategy. The classic allure of the roulette table remains, but prepare for the unpredictable nature of the game.
This is where the most significant criticism lies. The use of an electronic system instead of traditional chips appears to be a major drawback, causing confusion and a sense of disadvantage for players. Coupled with reported difficulties with rules and management, this area seems to require considerable improvement.
The feedback on staff is polarized. While some commend "excellent service," others have encountered "unprofessional" and "arrogant" staff, particularly regarding game rules and complimentary items. Consistency in service and clearer communication of house rules, especially from management, seem to be areas for potential enhancement.
The Monte Gaming Club in Sunny Beach presents itself as a prominent casino destination. Its landmark status and the potential for exciting wins, coupled with thoughtful perks like free charging, make it an attractive spot for some. However, prospective visitors should be aware of the recurring concerns regarding the electronic blackjack system, staff consistency, and clarity on house rules. It's a place where you might win big, or you might find yourself questioning the rules of the game โ literally.
Legendary Monte Gaming Club. It takes and it givesโ๏ธ And you can see it from almost everywhere in the town - landmark when you are lost๐ Great memories๐
There is a funny slot with a Vampire, that granted my friend some Money. But the Roulette does not grant you a big win. I betted on red, since I expected it to appear often, because its in the Bulgarian flag. Then black came 4 times in a row! I lost all the Money. -2 StarsYou get a free drink and you can charge your phone at the slot machine for free. +1 Star again
Worst place Iโve ever played blackjack. They have an electronic system instead of chips which is highly disadvantageous to the players as itโs not always clear what the dealer is doing. Refused to let me play more than 2 boxes. Stoyan, the manager, was incredibly difficult in his management style and communication. He said there were house rules but refused consistently to tell me these rules. Felt like he was making it up as he went along.
One of the few times I have ever visited a casino.Won a little money, had a good time and the service was excellent โ๐ผ
Staff assembled by stake and rope, no professional attitude to the point of arrogance. It is very interesting what system they use to calculate who, how much he is "paid", to be denied alcohol, they are clearly in short supply. The common thing between this casino and the one in Sofia is only the name and not by chance their competition, which is 50m away (x -l Burgas) beats them in all paragraphs!
