We stayed at Platinum Hotel and initially thought we would leave with a positive impression: the room was nice, everything was clean, the location is convenient, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.However, our entire experience was completely ruined during check-out on May 29.A young woman from the guest relations team â with a tablet â behaved in an absolutely unacceptable way. She was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. She clearly lacks any understanding of how to treat guests with respect. Her English was very poor, making communication difficult, yet she acted as if she owns the hotel and everyone around owes her something.It's a real shame because one staff member managed to overshadow all the good things about our stay. The hotel should seriously reconsider who they put in charge of guest interaction.
The hotel is great! The staff is friendly! The rooms are clean and nice. The room was cleaned everyday! The food is great, tasty and clean. Its location is wonderful, on the beach. We had a lovely stay! We will definitely come back!!
If you ever wanna go to a casino, this is the place to go! They have so many live tables, you can play so many different games and slots here. The staff is very friendly and kind, always ready to help you. 9/10 of them speaks good English. Spending time in platinum casino and the restaurant service, it was amazing service and the food amazing all the time fresh and the guys all the time around clean the tables. The food is so delicious, very nice personal, the rooms are cleaned every day. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is 1 minute away from the beach. The camera has a sea view. It was an experience of 11/10!
