Came for a night out with the wife. Had a blast. Bartender at the sports bar was awsome. Games were fun, bathrooms were clean. Favorite part was even on a Saturday evening it was very quiet overall. I didn't have to yell to have a conversation with my wife at the bar or while on the gaming floor. Didn't feel sketched out by anybody. Good selections of games.
My partner and I attended the concert tonight and had so much fun! We were very happy Me. Quoc Ly very accommodating and took care of our table so well! We were so surprised the manager Dawn very hospitable and did such am amazing hosting the guests. I give 5 stars rating all the way!!
From unwanted sketchy interactions with randoms (in the lobby and in the parking lot), no staff availability at night time, to finding a cockroach on my bed - This is a motel, not a hotel.They blast air in the rooms because there is so much dust. The hotel did move me into a different room for my last night because of insect in room.The fact that there will be no staff past 12am should be very well advertised, and make sure that guests know about (not in a mini-hidden link on Expedia, that nobody bothers to click).After arriving at 12:08am, no staff was there to check me in. It took 45 mins before I was able to get keycards.A flustered casino manager - Devin, was useless. Told me there is nothing he could do - pretty much telling me you have to find another place to stay that night.Security guards were more helpful, who kindly asked to wait while they had an employee investigate. After 45 mins, found the spot that hotel left the keycards - apparently no communication was provided by hotel staff.Do not recommend - will not be staying here again.
End of Summer 2024My friends and I were looking for a place to eat and decided to try the Century Casino location.When we went, it did not seem like the food areas were open. We eventually picked a spot. It took a long time for anyone to come serve us. Once we did have some help after getting up to find someone, the server was very friendly and knew her stuff! Sadly, some of the drink items and even the food items were out of stock. So, it took a while to pick something that they knew they had in stock or ready to serve.Overall, the food was good. It was cooked well and tasted really good. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered.The casino itself is very clean and not to overly busy at all, which is nice if you like to play the slot machines in peace.
