Me and my boyfriend been regulars here for years.The customer service has gone downhill lately.Yesterday this casino was giving away plush snakes I took a picture of this promotion.They were trying not to give me and my boyfriend a plush snake saying it is for people that got a coupon in the mail.I had the screenshot and my boyfriend forgot his coupon at home so I wanted to talk to the manager.The ladies at customer service claimed to have called 4-5 different managers and nobody was answering.We were getting annoyed after waiting over 15 minutes.The ladies at customer service tried to discourage us by saying they don’t have to get a manager or supervisor to speak to us if they don’t want to.They said theyhave the right to refuse us(even though we were being respectful)I told them that we are going to miss the River Cree slot tournament because of us waiting for so long.She laughed saying well that’s not our casino and the manager won’t do anything for you anyway.A supervisor did eventually come and he was understanding and professional.He did give us one plush snake not two but that’s okay.My Chinese astrology is a snake so it meant more to me to get the snake. I was happy with the supervisor but not the terrible customer service.

This is a great casino. Unless occupied with other people, security always greets me upon entering. I had a homeless guy once ask me for money in the casino and I informed one of the security guys and they tossed him. These guys have a big job to do and do a good job.People complain that its dark but there are huge windows letting in sunlight.Also, the janitorial staff do a great job making sure the washrooms are clean.My only complaint is at the centre bar, the draft taps have beer signs on the outer side but do not carry the majority of brands listed.Overall this is one of the better casino's in Edmonton.
