Kinzo Saint-Hyacinthe Guide and Review

Kinzo Saint-Hyacinthe, a casino located in Montreal city, Canada, offers a unique gaming experience primarily centered around its namesake game. Based on recent patron feedback, the establishment presents a mixed bag of experiences, excelling in some areas while facing challenges in others.
The Positive Aspects ✨
For many, Kinzo Saint-Hyacinthe is a delightful venue for social outings. It's often highlighted as a great place to "spend a little time" with family or to have "fun with friends." The setting seems well-suited for group entertainment.
- Spaciousness: The casino boasts 12 tables, indicating a considerable size that accommodates many players comfortably.
- Exceptional Service: Several patrons have lauded the service provided by individual staff members. Specific mentions include Andrée-Anne, praised for being "very cheerful" and offering "excellent service," and Loraine, also recognized for her "excellent service" during a first visit. These positive interactions contribute significantly to a pleasant atmosphere.
Areas for Improvement ⚠️
Despite the positive notes, recurring themes in critical reviews suggest areas where Kinzo Saint-Hyacinthe could enhance its guest experience.
- Inconsistent Employee Conduct: A significant concern is the perceived lack of respect from some employees. One reviewer described it as a "non-respectful place," noting that "employees don't speak to people the right way."
- Staff Training Deficiencies: Directly linked to conduct, some feedback points to inadequate training for new staff. There's a sentiment that while there are "new employees," the establishment "is not able to train them the right way." This can lead to a less than ideal customer service experience.
- Lack of Support for New Players: First-time visitors have expressed frustration over the lack of guidance. One individual's initial experience was marred because the "waitress was not at all adept and did not help us understand the game at all," causing them to leave prematurely. This suggests a need for better assistance for newcomers.
Overall Summary
Kinzo Saint-Hyacinthe has the potential to be a fantastic entertainment destination, particularly for groups seeking a fun, casual casino experience. Its generous number of tables and the commendable service from some staff members are strong points. However, addressing the inconsistencies in employee behavior, improving staff training, and ensuring comprehensive guidance for new players would undoubtedly elevate the overall visitor experience and foster a more consistently welcoming and engaging environment for everyone.
Always nice to go and spend a little time at Kinzo in St-Hyacinthe with the family. There are 12 tables in total so it's quite big! Andrée-Anne is very cheerful and she offers excellent service! :)
Non-respectful place, employees don't speak to people the right way, have new employees but are not able to train them the right way. I don't suggest this place.
I loved my first experience. We had fun with friends. Thanks to Loraine for her excellent service. I hope I remembered your name correctly. We went on Saturday November 2, 2024. From the daughter of Saint-Jean sur Richelieu. See you soon
First experience, the principle is great but the waitress was not at all adept and did not help us understand the game at all. So we quickly left the place. Try again elsewhere, maybe there will be a better welcome and atmosphere.
