I recommend this business to anyone in need of transportation. I had never taken a taxi before and didn't know what to expect needless to say I was also very nervous. Within 5 minutes of closing the door I was totally at ease and felt like I was with an old friend. There was nothing uncomfortable about it all. I found myself laughing and having an enjoyable ride. The car was very clean and the driver was professional. Will definitely be using this company in the future.
Called Five Star to arrange a ride for a 2.5 mile local trip to the hospital. The gentleman was very nice, promot and friendly. The vehicle, according to the driver was in need of a minor repair, however was clean and drove smoothly. I was shocked to learn the fare for such a short trip turned out to be $17.00!!!!!!! Due to this outlandish fare I will not consider using this company again. Sad state of affairs when I could have called an ambulance and paid less for a co-pay to get there!! :(UPDATE:I am not a smoker so the broken window is irrelevant. I was dropped off at the ER entrance, no five minute wait required. By your own admission you overcharged me ($4.50 at 2 miles and $1.80=$10.80 yet I was charged $17?) Your response is amusing. First time in twenty years? What, that somebody called you out on your fare not adding up? No thank you for the offer to refund what you charged me, hopefully it will not happen again to any and all fares you get in the future!P.S. Driving while talking on your cell phone is not only unsafe and unprofessional, but against the law, stay off your phone!
Excellent taxi service! I was very pleased with the service. The car was warm and clean and the driver I had was very professional and polite. He knew where he was going. (Believe me, sometimes they don't!) LOL He picked me up at my Buffalo hotel within 20 minutes and he told me to call when I needed a return trip. He was back in 10 minutes at the most. I will use them again! A+++++
I called really late last night to get a ride to the airport from Lockport. My driver Sam picked me up shortly after I called. He was very professional. This was the best ride I was ever given. I use Uber, LYFT, and other ride sharing services and this ride was absolutely amazing!! Car was very clean and organized. Driver was very respectful and nice. I was hungry so he pulled over. Keep up the great work Sam. I greatly appreciate all your hospitality. I will definitely be riding with the company for now on.
