We stayed at the Key Bank center, and went to the Cody Johnson concert, which was absolutely awesome and came over to the casino 2 of the days that we were here. This place is amazing. We were sceptical about coming here because of the mixed reviews but we had a great time. Remember, casinos are in business to take your money. Have a plan and budget before you go and you increase your chances to have fun and win something. I would recommend this casino. We had a lot of fun here.
Been a regular here a long time,but after this weekend I won't be back. One particular security guard yelled at me as I was trying to ask for help. I wouldn't need help if there wasn't crackheads in the parking lot. I refused to be yelled at and brushed off when I have checked my win/loss statement and know I pay his salary plus.
Great time out when there are live bands playing there are A-list comedians concerts and other events on the grounds. If you're visiting from out of town it's a must-see especially during events
Nasty security followed me around and wouldn't let me bring my bag In nor would keep it at the desk I don't steal and there is nothing to steal I just had came from shopping and was there to give a friend money. They should do better also it was hard to find the casino which makes no sense this was my first time inside they need better sighs and service for the different parts of the casino.
