The Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino presents a multifaceted experience, blending elements of luxury and entertainment with areas requiring improvement in service and value. Positioned conveniently near Niagara Falls on the American side, it offers breathtaking views, but guests should be mindful of specific policies and potential extra charges.
The perception of value at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino is quite varied. While some guests had a wonderful stay and felt the price was justified, others strongly advised against paying full price, suggesting that booking through discount travel sites to secure a rate under $200 would be more appropriate. The additional resort fee and the policy of charging for basic room amenities contribute to a feeling of diminished value for many, particularly when weighed against the daily room rate. Prospective visitors should manage expectations regarding service levels and potential extra costs to ensure a more satisfactory stay.
This hotels not worth full price. If you decide to go use a discount travel site and pay less than $200. When you check in the inform you there is a $20 an additional a night resort fee. There small refrigerator and no microwave in the room. Room service is good and not too expensive. The restaurants on the premises are very expensive. Housekeeping services are available only when requested after you have stayed 3 days. The 2 hotels I stayed. at on the way home were better
We had a wonderful stay at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The view of the Canadian side from our room was absolutely stunning! The whirlpool tub was a relaxing highlight, and the room also featured a large TV for unwinding after a day out. Itโs just a 10-minute walk to Niagara Falls on the American side, making the location super convenient. The staff was very friendly, and the casino added great energy and fun to our visit. Parking was easy with a garage connected to the hotel by a bridge, which was really handy. Highly recommended for both comfort and entertainment.
Front desk were very blunt and standoffish. Staff in most other areas were polite, friendly and helpful.Rooms are not serviced during a 3 night stay, if you ask for a bottle of water during your second or third day you have to pay for it. You get two paper cups for the 3 days, reception were not impressed when I asked for clean cups for the next 2 days. I asked for a teaspoon to stir the coffee, I was told by reception, I would have to pay for it!Not what you expect based on the daily rate!!!!
I booked a top floor corner suite. We ended up in a mid level suite and it was fancy, but it sucked for what we paid! The coffee pot is probably the cheapest peace of junk I have ever seen in a hotel room and it was dirty. No microwave or anything else to heat food up. Tried to call the front desk and couldnโt get through. Housekeeping suggested I go to the front desk to get their attention. Valet took over 30 minutes to get my car. Water was left in the room with the ice bucket, which would be nice, but the sign that says they will charge the room if you drink it. I definitely wonโt be back to stay here again.
I was very impressed with the hotel and room. I had a room with a jacuzzi on the 21st floor, and it was amazing . The room was clean and spacious. There's a bar, a few shopping places and a few restaurants. I ate at three sisters' place and was very good. However, I would order breakfast rather than the buffet next time. Places like pizzas. that deliver nearby that are good. There's free parking and lots of it . There's neighbors near that are totally run down, but besides that, it was amazing stay.
