I love go to the bingo every weekend, the stuff is kind and polite! The location is clean and cozy!I gave 3 starts because1. The Bingo doesn’t have control of what kind of people come in, and druggies are allowed to come in, to still and disturb people who are playing bingo or machines.I don’t like the news in the TV, I felt the bingo wants to impose political preferences and I don’t like it … Is a public entertainment place where needs to be NEUTRAL in political
Been going here with my mum for years. This was only the 3rd time since post covid that we have gone and while the staff are amazing, it's not what it use to be.
Over the past year, I've noticed a huge change in the lack of care from employees, there are a select few that are outstanding, they have been there for years, not impressed with the washroom cleanliness, the smell is disgusting in there, and having a male security guard walking into the women's washroom, is unacceptable. I'm sorry I know he's doing his job, however, a female staff member should be walking through, not him. If theres a concern, that staff member can alert security. Not professional at all in there. The only reason I play here, is it's close too home in winter conditions. Your prize board is also a joke!
From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and warm. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Staff is amazing, everyone works together you can tell they are a true TEAM!Now, let's talk about the food—WOW! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Would not recommend this hall to anyone! There are constant issues with the Bingo blast system, either resulting in games being cut out, or the session being canceled without notice. Staff gets agitated and are not pleasant and makes the whole experience unenjoyable. Save your money and stay away from this hall.
