Update was just there. Nothings changed. The payouts still drop to about a tenth making it very untrustworthy. Watched 1 game that refused to go to bonus round even though it should have multiple times. Do not waste your time or money. My experience going to Rama was great. There is good amount of slot machines. The food available is good and super affordable, definitely worth trying. The atmosphere is good. You can ask for member card which gives you $20 to play. The washrooms are clean. Whenever I pass by I go there.
Went there for the 1st time an we walked out almost tripling our money 💰 Not sure if that is what is the normal or if we where just very lucky that night. Either way we enjoyed the place. It was very crowded an seeing some older people there nit having the same luck made me a little sad to see them keep going back to the ATM for more an more money.

Today I had a situation. Once I played with my promo amount and winning price the balance shown like zero. Usually on monday”s once we play with promo amount completely, the balance should be 20 which we can use it for the next week. I approached one lady staff, she was chewing something and not good in giving appropriate solution. Then she told me to approach a guy in counter and the guy in counter was not even allowing me to complete my question and when I asked him, can you please check my balance in card, he said HE CAN”T . Then I approach another staff, her name is Neha ( I think so) she was so helpful and she shown some patients to listen my question and she went to the guy and helped me to check my balance.
