Went to bingo Mardi Gras last night. Food was awful. Salisbury steak was raw. No dessert. Very disorganized. Huge lines. Slow tellers. No where to get drinks.
Was there to get lunch on the way back from Vancouver the wife Ordered Fish and Chips , I ordered the Beef dip. The Fish was raw and the batter was soft on the out side and raw on the inside, The beef dip was like chewing on a piece of stringy cold leather and they sent a cup of fries with it that only had the ends of the fries. they attempted to make another Fish plate for the wife and it came down a little better .. Told this to the server that gave us the bill and he took off 20% and blamed it on Kitchen remodeling.. wasn't going to complain any more as it seemed to fall on deaf ears .. so paid the bill and left... That will be the Last time we go there ..
I got an order through skip, just a chicken burger with fries. How the packaged it was ridiculous they put the fries at the bottom of the to go container, then wrapped the burger in the foil packet but instead of leaving the burger separate they smushed the burger into the fries container then when the closed the box they basically flattened the burger and it split apart and spread out. The tomato’s were mush and the lettuce was old as you could tell by the colour and hardly any sauce on it. And the amount of fries were minimal and half of them were just crispy flat ends and at least 3 of them were black. Used to come here all the time. Then service and quality went down and hadnt been back in a while but wanted to give it a go again but clearly it’s not back to the quality it was before.
Stole money from my mom 160.00 manager and bingo that give number so get money from bingo they kept it 60 and manager blonde lady took 100.00, never been back since
