I emailed them 3 times and called them once. Someone else i know also contacted them a few times and they never respond anymore. We were trying to ask them about the Lunar New Year Promotion & wanted to ask them some questions. Awful customer service now!

Best Place to go Dancing. I m there every Friday night andSaturday nights for dancing but since I got no Lady friend, so I just stand there enjoy the music.The Humen Resorses the Indian lady was a bit un friendly with her tone of voice after I finished the dealers training, they were not willing to give me summers of even if asked ofcourse with out pay, since I m a painting and renovation contractor, I need the summers off so that I can make some real money since they pay very low wages which I think the Union there is most likely in the favor of Casino not the worker.I wanted to fix my teeth if I could work there at Nights weekends only and do my Painting and Restoration buiseness weekdays.But the used any excuse like I didn't show up at live training which I was sick in bed for 2 months from nominia that wasn't recovered comply.Any How, No Bad Feeling.The General Manager the English Gentalman and the rest of Humen resources were sweet and kind.And of course, My Trainers, Eva and Jason were sweet and very kind n professional.In the End I end up making many friends there, almost every one there is my brother and sister.. oh.1 security Guy was such a rude Guy with mustache n bold head.I saw 2 guys fighting and I abserve my surrounding since I was a Milliyary Police Surgent, I came near him and said hi, I saw that guy punch the other guy fisrt for no reason and what he said: by yelling at me with a loud rude tone of voice " I don't Care" by would he be using such a tone of voice? Instead I was expecting him to say oh okay, thanks for letting us know.I saw him in another buiseness doing security work out of casino but of course I would not say hi to such a arrogant loser.In long story short, I wouldn't mind to work as a security weekends which they make beter money n better benefits. Good night everyone.Time to go Granvilla Dancing.8.40 pm now.See you all dancing lover at 10 pm or after at Casino bar .😉😎✌✌

The casino itself is ok. We were there on a Monday night.The buffet though STAY AWAY. Food choice is poor, food in the buffet itself is overcooked, and dry; minimal choices of food as well. Deserts were stale.Staff are curt, tables are messy with plates etc. Definitely not what I would expect from this chain.Will not be returning.

Nice casino, but I lost all my money, so I can't give 4 stars.Waitresses were very friendly, and fast - I did manage to get 2 drinks before losing my bankroll. So that was nice...

A personal reward should be given to Ashley at the Buffet check-in. This young lady handles the crowds with a professional, efficient and friendly manner without any hint of annoyance or frustration. A true asset to the Villa Casino
