Love love love this hotel! It is such a highly underrated gem to the Vancouver hotel scene. It has absolutely stunning views, excellent spa, and all of the restaurants that I have visited in the hotel have been wonderful. It has gorgeous decor, modern and up-to-date. It’s a fabulous high-end hotel and I would highly recommend staying here whether you are a local or a tourist in town. Great location and service is typically impeccable.

Brutal. The slot machines are already rigged, let's face it. But now the clarity on how to bet on them is very unclear. They replaced them all with very vague betting options, unclear directions, and they gobble your cash without knowing what the actual bet was. Never going back.. in addition to removing all the wheel of fortunes. Those were our favorite. Gone.its not fun getting blatantly ripped off. We all know we get ripped off, we just wanted to have fun doing it for a while. We were in and out in 10 minutes once we realized the new machines are set to confuse you.
Excellent Brunch MENU with so many different areas to explore. I absolutely loved celebrating my 50th brunch with the family in the private room. Venue is a staples for us but when it comes to service, it can make or break a business.My heartfelt thanks to Tanveer for setting the stage right from the beginning. I've been to Vegas. I have done slot machines in cruises and believe me when I say their machines are definitely rigged. This place obviously needs to pay for its hotel and stealing money from patrons is the best way they do it. Not saying that casinos aren't accustomed to doing this, but there's something telling nobody's face was happy playing the slot machines. Nobody won around me. The biggest winner was a man who put $375 and got $20 back and he had been there since I'd arrived. The machines are rigged. I would not go back. Probably never going to go back again. That was my first time gambling there you have better odds in different places. Not a very fun atmosphere. The bartender was super nice however. It's really too bad that Vancouver not only has to rip off its locals with parking but also their casinos total trash. The ambiance sucked. Won't be going back.
