Despite the positive feedback, serious allegations and observations from multiple users raise significant red flags:
Casino Hollywood appears to be a popular and well-appointed gaming establishment in Bogotá, offering a good range of games, pleasant service, and convenient amenities like parking and a restaurant. However, potential visitors should be aware of the serious and consistent allegations of cheating and unfair play detailed by some patrons, particularly concerning table games. While some experiences are positive, these claims of impropriety could significantly impact the trust and overall experience for those seeking a fair and transparent gaming environment.
This place is great good service and people are kind. This casino is well equipped with several table games and slot machines and poker tables. Most of the time is full and has a great restaurant service, however must take into account that you will be expending a lot of money. But great place to have fun, and has its own parking inside the mall. Before the pandemic it also hosted several shows but nowadays due to Covid most of this have been canceled.
poker tournament: I watched the dealer throw out a card mid deal to deal me a loosing AK. Then on the following hand she pulled out an A to knock out my KK, after the cards were turned. They have many casino players and rob visitors. It is obvious the dealer was reading the backs of the cards, first with the mid-deal discard that gave me AK and the following hand where she knocked out my KK by pulling an A after the hold cards were turned.
They are very crooked. I am strictly a blackjack player. They only use the "continuous shuffle" machines on all card games. They are very well known to cheat and that is why cruise ships use them and that's why you cant even win at a 51% 49% game. Also, the dealer threw me two sevens. She had a six up. I gave the symbol for a split. Instead she drew her own second card which was a four giving her a 10. I would have had an 11.I argued that I was splitting them to the floor manager and the girl said that I said "No Mas". I never say those words. I either tap to hit, wave back and forth my hand to stand, or put my index and middle finger separated to split (which is what I did). They told me to bad and that I lost. They tried to take my money but I said "no". I took my money, cashed out, and left.I will never go back to that crooked casino.
