Admiral Automat Club Guide and Review

Located in Osijek, Croatia, Admiral Automat Club primarily functions as a casino, offering a range of gaming opportunities to its patrons. User feedback provides a mixed bag of experiences, highlighting both commendable aspects and significant areas for improvement.
The Positives ✨
- Cleanliness: One recurring positive note is the club's cleanliness. Patrons appreciate a well-maintained and hygienic environment, which is crucial for a comfortable gaming experience.
- Helpful Staff (Sometimes): Some visitors have praised the staff for being "ready to help" when issues arise, such as money getting stuck in machines. This indicates a commitment to operational support and guest assistance.
- Gaming Options: While not extensively detailed, one review specifically mentions roulette as a viable option for those looking to "double" their money, suggesting a familiar and potentially engaging gaming selection.
Areas for Improvement ❌
Staff Professionalism & Customer Service
This appears to be the most significant pain point for Admiral Automat Club. Several reviews point to glaring inconsistencies and lapses in professional conduct:
- Unwelcoming Conduct: One user recounted a deeply frustrating experience of being denied currency exchange for a substantial sum ($2000 USD) by an employee who allegedly asked for ID but didn't even look at it, and then claimed the customer wasn't a "regular player" despite years of patronage. This kind of interaction can be incredibly off-putting and directly impact a player's decision to return.
- Lack of Consistency: While some staff are helpful, others are described as exhibiting "ZERO professionalism" and actively "driving away guests." This inconsistency creates an unpredictable environment for visitors.
- Operational Shortcomings: A user mentioned that the staff seemed to lack the "quality staff and brains" needed to organize more tournaments, indicating a potential gap in strategic planning and execution.
Technical & Perceptual Issues
- Faulty Equipment: A review noted that the fingerprint scanner, presumably for entry or identification, was not working, leading to an awkward interaction with staff. Reliable technology is key to a smooth customer flow.
- Perceived Win Rates: One stark comment asked, "Congratulations if anyone has ever won any money in this casino," suggesting a strong perception among some patrons that winning is rare or impossible. While inherent to casino operations, this perception can deter players.
Overall Impression
Admiral Automat Club in Osijek seems to have the foundational elements of a decent casino, such as cleanliness and some helpful staff. However, the recurring and significant issues related to staff professionalism, particularly concerning currency exchange, entry procedures, and overall customer service, are major drawbacks. These concerns can severely impact customer satisfaction and retention, especially for high-stakes players. For the club to truly thrive, addressing these staffing and customer interaction challenges would be paramount.
Always clean and staff is ready to help if ur money gets stuck in a machine or something similar.4 stars since they didn't want to scan my fingerprints, their fingerprint scanner didn't work. Honestly I just thought that that they didn't want to.If u have 10kn and want to duble it to 20kn, roulette is the way to go.
For all the skeptics: "Mom didn't scold Mujo for playing, she scolded him for "pulling out". Good luck!
Shame, I was driving from one part of the city to another, only to have a casino come to you with two thousand dollars and a few other bills of various currencies, and what awaited me would honestly astonish me. At the very entrance I asked a bespectacled employee with red hair to change my currency so I could play. She first asked me to take off my hat just so she could see me better, I did it, then she asked for my ID card, which she didn't even look at, then why did she ask for me at all?? I ask myself.. in the end she answered me that she didn't want to change my money, so she corrected herself. I can't. You're not a regular player... I've been gambling in Admiral for 9 years, which can be seen in the system. It's a shame for the owner that this night he lost 2 thousand dollars to his employee who clearly works against him instead of for him. He also lost a player who doesn't play with a 10 cent role but with a 3 e 8e 10e role per spin. . The workers are a reflection of your face, and forcing me to take off my hat and looking at the personal document that was asked of me and nothing was done with it obviously has a bigger role in the frauds that you as the owner and your employee are behind because explain to all of us why the employee asks you to take off the hat then the personal document and sends us out of the casino??Shame!!! misery and misery
Very good club!!! considering what kind of people sometimes work and drive away guests - 0. ZERO professionalism...!!! They should do more tournaments, but there is no quality staff and brains for that...!!! All in all, our Club...!!!)) Lp
