Located in the vibrant city of Rovinj, Croatia, Admiral Automat Club Pula 2, primarily a casino, garners a strikingly mixed bag of reviews from its patrons. While some visitors laud it as a delightful and welcoming establishment with excellent service, others describe it as a highly disappointing and frustrating experience, citing issues ranging from unwelcoming staff to perceived unfair play.

The Positives: Welcoming Atmosphere and Helpful Staff ✨

For some, Admiral Automat Club Pula 2 stands out as a genuinely pleasant destination. Reviewers have highlighted the following positive aspects:

  • Friendly and Helpful Staff: Several visitors have praised individual staff members for their exceptional service. One reviewer specifically mentioned a "guy working behind the bar and on reception" who was "so helpful and a really good guy," contributing to a very welcome feeling. Another commended the "friendly staff," particularly naming Klaudia and Martina, with Klaudia's "charming smile" noted.
  • Pleasant and Clean Environment: The club has been described as "one of the most pleasant arcades" visited, with a "relatively quiet, clean" atmosphere.
  • Variety of Machines: The establishment seems to offer a good selection, with one user stating there's "the right machine for everyone."

The Negatives: Frustration, Poor Service, and Allegations of Unfair Play 🚨

In stark contrast, a significant portion of the feedback paints a grim picture, with strong criticisms aimed at the staff, service, and perceived fairness of the games:

  • Unprofessional and "Disgusting" Staff: Multiple recent reviews describe the employees as "disgusting," "lazy," and even "thieves." There are alarming reports of players being "kicked out" after spending money, and a general lack of hospitality. One frustrated customer explicitly stated, "ONE ORDINARY DISASTER AND DISGUSTING EMPLOYEES... HE KICKS YOU OUT." Another mentioned staff being "lazy to bring coffee" to guests.
  • Confusing and Unfair Rules: A major point of contention is the alleged introduction of new, uncommunicated rules. One reviewer reported being unable to play "free games" because they "don't drink anything," and noted issues with rules about not bringing beverages into another room, calling the situation "HORROR."
  • Allegations of Rigging and Scams: Perhaps the most severe criticism revolves around the perception of unfair play. Reviewers express strong beliefs that the machines are "rigged," describing the place as a "scam" where visitors are "stolen, robbed and scammed." There's a particular concern about "fingerprint registers" being used in a way that implies unethical practices related to winnings, with one user claiming it "steals from you."
  • Lack of Winnings: A consistent complaint across negative reviews is the severe lack of payouts. Visitors report putting in significant amounts (e.g., 100 Euros) and winning "not a single profit at all," leading to feelings of being "ridiculous" and a strong resolve to "never go there again."

Overall Summary and Recommendation

Admiral Automat Club Pula 2 presents a highly polarized experience. While some visitors enjoy a welcoming and clean environment with friendly staff, others report deeply unsatisfactory encounters marked by rude employees, confusing rules, and a strong conviction that the games are unfairly biased against players. Potential visitors should be aware of these stark contradictions. It is advisable to manage expectations regarding payouts and be prepared for potentially inconsistent service quality.

ONE ORDINARY DISASTER AND DISGUSTING EMPLOYEES SOME OF YOU COME YOU SPEND THEN THEN HE KICKS YOU OUT YET YOU CAN'T PLAY FREE GAMES BECAUSE YOU DON'T SING ANYTHING YUCK YUCK FOR EVERY ADMIRAL IN PULA THIEVES AND DISGUSTING INDIVIDUAL STAFF MOSTLY MALE. YOU GET NEW RULES AND YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO INFORM THE PLAYERS THAT YOU CAN'T PLAY IF YOU DON'T DRINK OR DON'T BRING BEVERAGES INTO ANOTHER ROOM. BUT THE HORROR, THE WORST AVOID IT IN A WIDE ARC, NOTHING HAPPENS. AND ONE BIG MINUS FOR THE DISGUSTING STAFF. 🤮

Staff lazy to bring coffee and bring it to the guest, plus not a single profit at all - I put in 100 euros and didn't even win 100 euros back. Just ridiculous. Never go there again. 🤮

One of the most pleasant arcades I've ever visited. We visited several times during our three-week vacation. Relatively quiet, clean, and the right machine for everyone. Friendly staff, especially Klaudia and Martina. Klaudia, by the way, has a charming smile.
