Automat Club ARENA Pula, despite its name, is situated in the charming city of Rovinj, Croatia, and serves as a casino primarily focused on slot machines and other automated games. User feedback for this establishment is notably mixed, painting a picture of both potential enjoyment and significant operational concerns.
Several visitors have praised the aesthetic and overall atmosphere of Automat Club ARENA Pula. One reviewer highlighted the club as "perfectly decorated!", suggesting a pleasant environment for patrons. For those looking to test their fortune, the sentiment is generally positive, with comments like "Good place for try your luck" and simply "Extra" indicating that it can be a decent spot for gaming entertainment.
However, the positive experiences are counterbalanced by critical feedback regarding fairness and staff conduct. One long-standing concern, dating back several years, suggests a lack of fair play, with a blunt recommendation to "If you wanna fair play choose some other club." This raises questions about the transparency or perceived chances of winning at the establishment.
More recently, a detailed complaint emerged regarding highly unprofessional staff behavior. A customer reported encountering "very rude" staff, specifically mentioning being "forced out of the casino an hour and a half before the end of working hours" under questionable pretexts. This incident included an employee, identified as "Miss MARINA MADUNIC," allegedly turning off a gaming device "during the game while I'm playing," citing the need to collect money from machines. Such actions directly disrupt a player's experience and raise serious questions about the casino's stated operating hours and adherence to standard customer service practices. The reviewer’s experience, although referring to it as "casino Zlatna vrata" within the review text, is linked to Automat Club ARENA Pula, pointing to potential rebranding or a shared operational entity that needs to address these severe service issues.
Automat Club ARENA Pula appears to offer a well-decorated space where some visitors enjoy trying their luck. However, prospective patrons should be aware of the notable concerns regarding the fairness of play and, more critically, recent reports of poor staff conduct and operational inconsistencies regarding working hours and game interruptions. These issues suggest that while the club might be visually appealing, the overall customer experience can be significantly hampered by service quality.
Staff very rude. I have been coming to the Zlatna vrata casino for many years, I have never experienced this kind of insolence, being forced out of the casino an hour and a half before the end of working hours with the excuse that Miss MARINA MADUNIC has a lot of machines from which she has to withdraw money. And it turns off the device during the game while I'm playing.Of course I stayed, and it paid off.So I wonder what the real working hours of that casino are and whether they can be determined by the workers.
