Wow what a stunning resort. Super well kept. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The buffet is absoultely AMAZING: so many options and the deserts are beautifully decorated. They have a lovely walk down to the beach with a pristine torquoise pool and palm trees. The staff are friendly and extremely attentive to your needs.
One of the best hotels in Cyprus. Very delicious food, you want to try everything. High level service, very nice staff. Beautiful hotel has a large area, well-kept garden, sandy beach. I recently stayed at Concorde Hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service. During one visit to the dining room, we encountered a situation where we were waiting in front of a large table that had unclean food on it. Despite our waiting, no one came to clean it. I called a waiter, who arrived, took the plates, and left without returning. I then called another waiter who came to collect the glasses and left as well. Shortly after, I noticed him cleaning another table—even though we were still waiting and had priority.After waiting for nearly half an hour by the table, I mentioned our long wait. The waiter responded rudely, shouting “Okay” without any sign of apology. In the end, he did come back to clean the table, but he neglected to replace the water bottles or the napkins, leaving us so dissatisfied that we decided to stop our meal and leave.Additionally, on multiple occasions when we ordered a drink in the lobby, we would wait for about 30 minutes without any service. Upon asking about our order, we were met with apologies and told to wait another 15 minutes, yet the drink never arrived.In summary, the service was very poor, with slow response times and a lack of courtesy that left a negative impression.
Very nice hotel for family vacations especially for kids in Cyprus. Casino is better than others in the Bafra area however if you're a player this is not exactly right place. Rooms,food and hotel service and quality is over average but service in casino is below average.
The lobby area inside and outside were perfect. The outer area beside the sea was amazingly beautiful. There was a great casino you could enjoy. Drinks were fantastic (Don’t forget to try Espresso Martini!). I am adding a pano everyone can see the whole hotel from the outside.
