Proper Food is available only if you loose more than 500 dollars .. otherwise they only provide with small sandwiches.Bad service, 30 40 dollars taxi fee to the city plus you are not allowed to go to seaside to get fresh air or whatsoever because road to seaside goes through from the hotel so not allowed by security.(Blocking access to seaside is illegal btw )Cigarette , hamburger needs to be confirmed from high management..Machines got old , service quality down , evening too Crowded bad service, nights and mornings less staff working so noone is around ,you need to walk and ask from bar ,kitchen.. not recommended at all.I've waited 5 hours for a cigarette ,I was playing on slots..I think these guys made that personal agenda to make customers irritated.Definitely not recommended.Ps, I start to think front desk is aimed to help taxi guys in front of the hotel, high chance taxi guys are her cousin , husband or some relative.When service is asked no matter how much your loose ,her first response is ",let's call a taxi " and i can see the casino cars and drivers in front of casino smoking ,waiting ,doing nothing.Definitely not recommended, try Arkın iskele ,grand sapphire and merit casino fir better customer service and experience ,not this one.
Not a bad casino the staff let it down a bit couple times i thought should of been paid out more but they just tell you they checked cameras and your wrong.
