The hotel is amazing, one of the older hotels so a little dated but the location is great, service and staff were amazing and friendly speaking good English, the rooms were good size, equipped mini bar and good room service, food was good and breakfast too again staff couldn’t do more to help of accommodate. Spa staff didn’t speak much English but understood and fitted me in then and there for a massage which was fab! My only complaint would be the smell in corridors and having more breakfast options but I’d definitely go back!Casino was great too, buffet food amazing and staff were attentive and cleaning constantly (hotel and casino) and service was top level and unlike some casinos it wasn’t smokey (as a non smoker it’s a massive plus)Booked directly as agents all said fully booked and they called me and accommodated me amazingly
Good Location and amenities. Good breakfast. Should hire more English speaking staffs. Ordering food from room service is very difficult as most staffs don’t speak any English. House keeping staff NURAY made my stay for 8 nights extra special. She always has a great smile on face every morning and made a very clean and comfortable room. Thank you NURAY 👏

The service is awful they rejected as from the casino because we are 24 and not 25. No one came to ask as if we need anything. We are very disappointed because the Merit Hotel in Kerynia is full of services and they don’t let their guests disappointed!
