Ok this hotel i just return yesterday as i stay 2nights,first of all to mentioned that i had add a negative review for this hotel before 1 year for the customer service a bad experience i had but as it looks like the customer service now is in a very high level and i feel is fair to give the best review as they fully deserve it and i appreciate all the work the staff are doing.Really the days i stay it was from the best time i had in my life you are amazing the service you had in the restaurants in the hotel in the casino in your coffee lounges it make me feel shame to not give you tips personally.Turkish hospitality is for real the staff is giving there best in all the sections and is not easy as there are 3 resorts toogether.Location,Clean very clean to note,Food is in another dimension for all the types,And the customer service i had from all i come in touch is in a way different level and thank you you are profesionals.Seeing forward to be back soon is a life experience and keep it up the hard work.I will be very happy to see this resorts to go forward as they deserve it and i can understand there are working very hard to keep this paradise alive and to improving.Thank you Merit and staff for everything.
