nice hotel with spa and welness a bit of main roads but still very close to brno and lake. good breakfast with large variety of choises. the welness with access beeing part of the stay is very new, the sauna “world” area is really nice and renovated with 4 finish saunas, steam, salt cave and many cooling pools. recomended for welness sauna stay. considering the welness area, very good price quality ratio.
I will rate only wellness. We go here regularly for pleasant experience. But every visit there's different reception service. But what is common to 90% of this reception service is that you don't feel welcomed, stuff is annoyed and looks at you like on a disturbing factor. Putting money to club card takes very long. No wish to accept issues on their side too. Example: 2 people came together and passed gates together. One had to pay for extra minutes, and another one not. However we left in time as we planned it. The lady didn't want to understand that it's impossible to have overtime on one. She made face that she doesn't know. Management, please take care about reception service, they are your face, they should welcome people and leave nice feeling whet you leave. Not this unpleasant experience almost all the time.Update: visited after this review, and reception service was really nice. Thanks for listening to your clients!
Great attentive staff, clean hotel and a great spa, nice selection at breakfast. But right after the check-in going to the spa and asking to reserve a massage, were told we needed to book at least 3 days ahead. Therefore not a spa hotel as they must allow external customers without priority to book for th hotel customers. There is a quick fix, notifying hotel guests about slots filling in prior to their arrival so they have ability to book a massage. How annoying... Good problem to have not enough masseurs. We travel a lot, but hasn't came across this situation in abroad. This is not how you upsell services is it? I didn't book last minute but many weeks ahead.Have to mention the excellent kitchen and service we had during the weekend. Absolutely excellent dishes, amazing execution. A comfortable hotel in a quiet location with a beautiful pool view. Fantastic breakfast and even more phenomenal sauna experience.The room decor was somewhat outdated, although the bathroom was more up to date, and the sofa-bed was not the most comfortable, but we had a good night's stay, and an even better morning, with the hotel breakfast and the sauna.I'm excited to come back again in the future, and am already planning my next trip!
