ADMIRAL Sportsbar

ADMIRAL Sportsbar, located in Dolní Dvořiště, operates primarily as a casino but also caters to sports betting enthusiasts. User feedback reveals a notably polarized experience, highlighting both commendable aspects and significant areas of concern, particularly regarding its casino operations.

The Positives ✨

Despite some severe criticisms, ADMIRAL does receive praise in specific areas:

  1. Sports Betting Facilities: For individuals primarily interested in sports wagering, ADMIRAL seems to provide a suitable environment. Reviews mention a sufficient number of TV sets available for betting fans, suggesting a well-equipped setup for following sports events.
  2. Helpful Staff: Some patrons have reported positive interactions with the staff, describing them as friendly and helpful. One particular review highlighted an employee named Tamim for providing "great advice" on sports betting, noting his extensive knowledge of football teams.
  3. Beverage Quality: While dispensed from a machine, the coffee and other available drinks have been noted by some visitors as tasting "very good."
  4. Ambiance: The general atmosphere of the establishment is described as "OK," suggesting it is a moderately comfortable place for a visit.

The Negatives & Warnings 🚨

The most substantial and consistent criticisms of ADMIRAL revolve around its casino aspect and certain operational practices:

  1. Casino Payouts and Perceived Fairness: This is by far the most dominant negative theme. Multiple users vehemently advise avoiding the slot machines, with comments like "devices are poorly used" and, more critically, they "pay poorly." Strong accusations of an "unbelievable rip-off" are present, with one reviewer expressing suspicion that the machines might need official inspection due to a perceived lack of payouts, even for enticing new players. The consensus among these reviews is that the chances of winning are extremely low, leading to significant frustration and financial loss for patrons.
  2. Severe Service and Operational Issues: A very serious complaint detailed an incident where visitors claimed they were "forced to drink," the "ticket machine didn't work," and they "weren't allowed to play." Compounding this, they were reportedly charged for the drinks despite the issues and denied a refund. This indicates a potentially very problematic and unfair service experience.
  3. General Machine Functionality: Beyond just payout rates, one review explicitly stated that "devices are poorly used," which could imply issues with the general maintenance, calibration, or reliable operation of the gaming equipment.

Conclusion and Recommendation 📝

ADMIRAL Sportsbar & Casino presents itself as a venue with a dual identity. While it might offer a decent experience for sports betting enthusiasts, complete with a supportive staff and satisfactory beverages, its primary casino function—especially the slot machines—receives overwhelmingly negative feedback.

Potential visitors primarily interested in gambling should exercise extreme caution. The consistent reports of poor payouts and the strong sentiment of being "ripped off" from multiple users are significant warnings. Furthermore, the reported incident of aggressive service and charging for non-consensual consumption, coupled with non-functioning equipment and refusal of play/refunds, raises serious concerns about customer treatment and operational integrity.

If your sole purpose is sports betting and you are aware of these casino-related issues, you might find it adequate. However, for gambling on slot machines, the user reviews suggest a high risk of dissatisfaction and financial loss.

they forced us to drink, the ticket machine didn't work and we weren't allowed to play, on top of that they dared to charge us for those drinks, where is our refund!

Devices are poorly used and also pay poorly. Ambience is OK, coffee and drinks are available from the machine and taste very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Enough TV sets for betting fans. Avoid slot machines at all costs!

The rip-off is unbelievable, it's better to leave your money with you, these crooks don't even give a chance to attract some profit after this Corona period, I hope your casinos remain as empty as they are now because the rip-off you're doing is starting to get suspicious, maybe you should have your machines checked??!!
