I have been several times customer of the hotel and the casino, I must be honest, everything perfect. The waiters, receptionists, dealers, guest relations and all those who are part of the staff are friendly and extremely professional. The Shuttle service works very well, the rooms are spacious and clean. Special thanks to “Lello" my customer care that differs in its seriousness, professionalism and availability, taking care of every detail even on rest days and after worked times!

Very poor choice of vegan options in the buffet, especially for dinner. Some meat alternatives that are not cheese would be great. Hope to see it there next time.
