Unfortunately, I'm reducing the number of stars I gave here a few years ago.Today, the service staff will show you completely how much you made their day unpleasant by even entering there.If the lady is serving a sentence there, then probably fine, but if she is getting paid for such behavior, then I wish the operator good luck in the future 🤦🏽♀️

You can try to ring as much as you want, for about 30 minutes, because there really isn't anything else open. I would delete the location and "place of business" on Mapy.cz and Google maps because it has no meaning at all to have a "pin" there. It's not even the first time this has happened to me or my friends in the same place. I'm sorry, but having a few thousand in your pocket, which a person wants to spend almost with a clear head and is not allowed to do so, burns in the pocket. I also called the branch on Yaltská in Karlovy Vary, where the gentleman told me that this is not normal and that I should keep trying to ring the bell, that unfortunately he does not have a direct number for Mr. Tkáč, but that the only way is to try ringing the bell over and over without success. So thank you "Miss, what do you have nothing to do at your place" and first of all thanks to your competitor for a great morning. Hearing behind the door words like:, "tvl, she has stamina" and what keeps ringing here" is not good to use in your livelihood. Making fun of guests behind the door without you knowing is rude and most of all unprofessional. I hope that if I ever show up at your Starcasin again, you will no longer be there and there will be someone standing everywhere who appreciates the customer regardless of how they look. To clarify, this happened to me on the same branch for the third time, but only today I got so angry that I went to express my honest opinion. I share the review and I will for a very long time.
