Very bad experience, i went for fun with my partner. Well the croupier first yelled at me after a string bet. That's ok, But worse at the BJ table, i was just curious about the game so i tried and then after a hand asked the croupier if my previous move was smart or not (trying to understand), he did not answer nor said he could not answer and as soon as I had my back turned, he was laughing at me with the room manager. Worst casino, the managers have no attitude, do not respect the people, talk to you condescendingly, and when there is a dispute about a bet they decide without showing you any video.When they realized in the end that they made a mistake and didn't pay to my friend, they rudely said that we have to take the money from the person they paid by mistake.

In the entrance they have an Intrusive questionnaire where they ask so for your profession, how much you make a year, what is your pension, etc..4. No coffee except for machine5. Very dull, boring, old-fashioned looking casino, almost no action. Soft drinks are free, alcohol paid. Had to wait less than 10min to get BJ table open. The inspector and pit boss were nice and engaging but the old blond lady dealer (no name tag) was absolutely disengaging and very rude which made us want to leave asap. No offence, but people like that shouldn't work anywhere close to entertainment or people. Expected more from the place.
