The Casino & Hotel ADMIRAL Hatě - Celnice, situated near Znojmo, Czech Republic, serves as a popular destination for those seeking casino entertainment and a place to stay. Based on various visitor feedback, the experience at this establishment appears to be quite varied, with some praising its aspects while others highlight significant areas for improvement.
Reviews suggest a polarized experience, with some visitors having positive interactions, and others expressing notable disappointment, particularly regarding operational procedures and perceived fairness.
One of the most frequently mentioned points of contention is the entry and registration procedure. A particular concern raised by a visitor involved a "weird registration procedure" including a request for fingerprints. This process led to refusal of entry for one individual, raising privacy and security concerns about how such sensitive personal data would be handled. This aspect is a significant deterrent for some potential patrons.
For a casino, the core gaming experience and the perception of winning chances are paramount. Several recent reviews express a growing dissatisfaction on this front. Visitors have noted that "things are getting worse" and that "luck has little to do with it," implying a belief that the games might not be as fair or profitable as desired. One visitor lamented being "unable to maximize profits with 5 euros," indicating a low return on investment and high disappointment with the payout potential, suggesting a focus purely on entertainment might be necessary rather than expecting substantial wins.
Beyond the gaming floor, auxiliary services and amenities also contribute to the overall visitor experience. Feedback indicates mixed satisfaction here. While one review casually mentioned "nice condition" (likely referring to the staff or general upkeep), another specifically criticized the temperature of beverages, stating that colder beer would have significantly improved their rating. A more critical point for modern convenience is the implementation of digital food and drink ordering. This system has been described as "very negative and cumbersome," directly impacting the visitor experience and potentially contributing to lower visitor numbers.
The cumulative effect of various factors shapes the atmosphere. While one succinct review simply states "Super," indicating a positive experience for some, the recurring complaints about digital ordering being cumbersome and potentially impacting visitor numbers suggest that the convenience factor and possibly the lively atmosphere might be less than ideal. The general sentiment from more detailed, recent reviews leans towards a declining experience and missed opportunities for guest satisfaction.
Casino & Hotel ADMIRAL Hatě - Celnice appears to be a venue with potential, yet it faces challenges based on recent visitor feedback. While some might find it "super," persistent issues like the intrusive registration process, perceived low winning potential, and inconvenient digital ordering system seem to be negatively impacting the overall guest experience. Potential visitors should be aware of the detailed entry requirements and consider their expectations regarding gaming outcomes and service efficiency before planning a visit. The establishment could benefit from re-evaluating its entry procedures and improving the user-friendliness of its digital services to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
I was there a couple of weeks ago and they didn't let me in and also they have some weird registration procedure...I don't understand why whould need a casino your fingerprint and who on earth will trust that the casino will keep their fingerprint safe.So...No go, for me!
Unfortunately things are getting worse and luck has little to do with it. Let's see if we can go on a trip again at some point. Too bad
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to maximize my profits with 5 euros. It's a shame. I had hoped for more. If the beer had been colder, I would have received the full number of stars. It was a nice condition, though.
Digital food and drink ordering is very negative and cumbersome, which can also be seen in the number of visitors
