Didn't experience any of the negative review issues . Everyone we came in contact with were very professional and pleasant. . They offered us drinks while playing but we did not order any.Bathrooms are nice and clean . A bit awkward because the men's and women's are in the same room with closed individual stalls but a communal wash station .My boyfriend gambled on the slots , always came out ahead or broke even .
