Great location! We came down to reward our boys for graduating high school and enjoy some golf and beaches. It was a fun golf course, great beach, good food and large selection of food. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is very pleasant, accommodating and helpful. Very happy we selected this location.
We had a wonderful time at this resort, they stepped in when another lost our reservation.They staff was amazing. We will return for a longer stay...I would like to thank Kenia Bombon' the hostess with the most essential smile and greeting. Dhe literally welcomed me with a hug. She has no idea of how she helped make our trip...Also for the other restaurant hostess from the morning. Truly sweet people.
This place is amazing! The staff was absolutely so kind. Ana at the front desk hooked us up and made us feel like we had been there before.The bar tenders can make whatever drink you want and it will be delicious, they will even modify it for you if you want it Less sweet, more sour, more boozy they got you covered.My friends and I stayed on the adult side which is quieter and that's not a problem because the family side has all the action. They have a disco every night that goes until super late in the night.Their animation dance team is top tier, which is led by Sarah, performed an immaculate dance routine that truly captured the emotion of the different dances. If you are there you must go check them out!
I went to Catalonia Bavaro for my grad trip and it did not disappoint. Jessica at the swim up bar was so lovely. Kenia at the main buffet always greeted us happily and she was so kind. The guys down at the beach bar were very fun and created an excellent vibe on the beach. Louis, Lucas, and Hector at the main bar were so nice and made delicious drinks. The staff were very welcoming and kind and made our stay so special and memorable. Overall I would recommend this resort to everyone.
This place is beautiful, privileged room are cleans and confortables, the food is really good a lot of varieties. What's stand out the most is the service, look out for the two most wonderful bartender Renardo and Hector. They will really take care of all your needs!The only bad thing is not the hotel's fault but would be a nice thing to eventually control is the beach sellers that are hustling and stealing from people with their shitty activities and excursions just to hustle even more. You should at ALL MOMENT advise people as soon as they check in that the beach sellers are not affiliated with the hotel. Because WE DONT KNOW we are not from here. You should take care of it so there's no confusion and a better experience.The beach is still beautiful but a better control of it would be perfect.
