Casino Platino, located in the vibrant city of Sosúa, Dominican Republic, serves as a local gaming establishment. This review synthesizes various guest experiences, highlighting both its strengths and areas where it could significantly improve.
For some visitors, Casino Platino offers a notably positive experience, primarily due to its staff and environment.
Despite some positive feedback, several significant issues have been raised by patrons, particularly concerning operational efficiency and gaming variety.
Casino Platino in Sosúa presents a mixed bag. For those prioritizing a potentially pleasant and clean environment with attentive staff (when available and efficient), it might offer a decent local gaming option. However, prospective visitors should be aware of the reported operational inefficiencies, particularly regarding cash-outs and player card systems, which can significantly detract from the gaming experience. The limited size and variety of games may also not appeal to those seeking a full-scale casino experience with a wide range of modern options or exclusive amenities.
Consider your priorities carefully before visiting Casino Platino, especially if smooth transactions and extensive gaming choices are high on your list.
In order to enjoy myself here, I have to have patience as they don't give you an option to cash out on your own. Some people have cash out cards but I couldn't get one. I just left the twelve dollars in the machine after waiting 15 minutes. I will never go back there. Never.
Couldn't get a new players card. Attendant had to assist every time I collect. Very small. No VIP room
Above And Beyond Customer Service Customer Satisfaction a pleasant place to go to , the Staff absolutely perfection ; Quality not quantity versus Al Gran Almirante which is Quantity but not quantity
Not a big casino, the service is poor, the front desk girls are hot but stupid at the same time, bad service when are black relating to Haitians. Old machine etc i'm not recomend it.
