It’s a really good hotel. It’s conveniently located near to a metro station while being centered so you can enjoy the best of the district. Rooms are a bit old and it took us to open the windows to remove the humidity from the room, but it was decent.
It’s a good location with a lot of great amenities. The staff was caring and helpful. Yaira Vizcaino was attentive at checkout and everyone was very professional. The hotel is a bit old school without streaming services but other than that it was great.
Stayed at this 4 star hotel only to get poisoned by the food at the buffet. I was sick for 3 days vomiting and diarrhea. The safe in the room didn’t work for 2 days so we couldn’t get the room cleaned. Water leaking from the shower- absolutely absurd. And the two times I ordered tea to the room because I was feeling sick, it was delivered cold. Food is not great, rooms are very old fashioned, and I wouldn’t stay here again! We had to book here again because of a flight delay and the staff would not even try to accommodate us or make up for the sub-par service. It’s a shame because the only good thing about the hotel is the lobby and friendly staff in the lobby.
We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location is excellent and allows easy access to the city. The hotel itself is modern, well kept and clean. We had particularly excellent service from Lisbeth Aries who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The service provided by her is the main reason for writing this review. When I next visit Santo Domingo I will definitely be staying here.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic, the service is amazing and the location is perfect. The amenities provided are beyond exceptional, the service is wonderful and the pool is shallow but good. The food is absolutely amazing rather than leaving the hotel we would eat inside since everything was delicious, even the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santo Domingo.
