Small casino right next to Hotel Napolitano. I went here and spend about 2 hours playing on the machines. If you have time and staying at the hotel it's worth checking out.
I have been very comfortable in The hotel has a good theme, the only thing but I would put a lifeguard in the pool for any accident that could happen otherwise the people are very nice and very good service
