I was banned for a whole year just for being physically attacked. Yes, that's how it is! Everything was fine the whole time, but when I was attacked and the officials went to do things, then a notice of the ban came. Allegedly with the reason that "there were already problems before." Why didn't you ban me earlier then? And they also claimed that "I was filming and you're not allowed to film." Insanely unfair employees, because I personally went to one shift to tell how a woman was filming me, and it was also seen on the camera. They shrugged!! The woman continued playing! But now that I was beaten and mocked (by a drunken woman), I'm getting a ban for filming!It would have been more humane to report it, but it was reported three weeks later and in another casino - there wasn't even a written response! Can a person be happy after making such unfair decisions? The manager seemed very pleased and happy. I get beaten up in your casino because your employees didn't intervene in the taunts for 15 minutes - then maybe, right. But if I filmed to defend myself, a one-year ban should be added. You should compensate me for the injustice and pay me compensation, not ban me, really! Throughout the entire conflict, this matter was looked at from the side, finally intervened when it got physical. Also, a young man cursed at me in your casino, nothing was done to him!Why do you choose who gets punished - and who for actions that haven't been committed yet! I was always sober, I didn't curse at anyone myself, and I'm the one to blame for everything?Is this fair and normal? If you claim that I filmed, then I was filmed too. What did you employees do? These places have gone down, I went, I put in 20â‚Ŧ and none. I won't win, they have a campaign that money for us wins for them and the place went to the bottom, full of sense, I won 500â‚Ŧ once and it was not paid out, it was claimed that I had achieved it by fraud, but then I bit through that it is a place that cheats customers
