Olympic Guide and Review

Olympic Casino in Tallinn, Estonia, primarily known as a casino, elicits a spectrum of opinions from its visitors, ranging from highly satisfied to deeply disappointed. Located within the city, some reviews specifically mention the branch at the Hilton hotel, which seems to be a focal point for both positive and negative feedback.
Atmosphere & Game Selection ✨
On the positive side, Olympic Casino is often described as a busy venue with a nice atmosphere and decoration. Visitors appreciate the wide selection of games, ensuring there's something for every type of player. One reviewer lauded it as "the best casino around the area," noting it doesn't feel like a "trap" compared to others. For those new to the casino, there have been reports of appealing perks, such as a FREE 2€ chip for new players and complimentary drinks.
The casino is said to be "packed with activities all night long," suggesting a vibrant and engaging environment for many patrons. The allowance of cell phone use while playing is also a small but appreciated detail for some.
Staff Professionalism & Customer Service 🤵♀️
This is where experiences diverge significantly. Some visitors praise the staff as "very friendly" and "professional dealers," contributing to a pleasant gaming session. However, several recent reviews highlight concerning issues regarding staff conduct and professionalism.
- Allegations of Discrimination: 😔 One particularly severe review, specifically mentioning the Hilton hotel location, alleges that staff are "not colour friendly" and "mean to dark skinned people." This reviewer strongly advises individuals from certain backgrounds to avoid the casino, claiming a lack of respect and implying unfair game play.
- Inconsistent Service: Other reviews point to general staff unfriendliness and poor service, including reports of a "face tattoo barmen" who was unhelpful and instances of staff opening machines during jackpot events.
- Poker Tournament Issues: For poker enthusiasts, there have been complaints about the competency of dealers and tournament directors, especially during major events like the WSOPC. One detailed account describes a significant loss due to a dealer's mistake and a tournament director's alleged ignorance of standard poker rules ("Vegas rules"), leading to a strong recommendation to avoid future visits for serious players.
Gaming Integrity & Fairness 🎲
Beyond staff issues, there are also mentions of concerns regarding game fairness. The stark claim that "the game play is fake" by one disgruntled reviewer, while not detailed, adds to the negative sentiment. Coupled with the poker incident where rules were allegedly not applied correctly, these comments raise questions about the perceived integrity of the games, at least for some players.
Conclusion
Olympic Casino in Tallinn presents a polarized experience. While it offers a wide array of games, a lively atmosphere, and attractive incentives for new players, serious concerns about staff conduct, alleged racial bias, and the professionalism of game management—especially in poker tournaments—cast a shadow over its reputation. Prospective visitors should be aware of these varied experiences and consider them when choosing their gaming destination in Tallinn.

Busy but very friendly staff, good prices, a wide selection of games, and professional dealers.A nice atmosphere and decoration and packed with activities all night long
This is the best casino around the area, including Old Town. At least it doesn't feel like you're walking into a trap like the others. They let you use your cell phone while playing. FREE 2€ chip for new players which I have turned into 8€ this far + FREE drink and wine counts.
The place is top but for players issues are others. I went for the WSOPC. Great players but dealers not adeguate for this festival, as the tournament director. In a stud hand i lost a huge pot due to their mistakes: dealer dealt the river face up, i say np, Vegas rule say that the next card should to be dealt face up to the other player. No. The TD was called but he too say no! What is the Vegas rule? He doesnt know. He took the card dealt and reshuffled the deck. Never again.

To the end we won a few 000, but never anymore i will put my foot there. Tonight stuff was 0C
