“Total lack of responsiveness”I paid all my debts with this company and requested termination several days ago. Despite several reminders by email, my request remains unanswered.This silence is incomprehensible and unacceptable for a company that claims to offer a professional service. If I could I would put ZERO just a bank into thieving crooks with incompetent and very dishonest advisors.I was able to benefit from a small boost of credit with a payment schedule in 4 installments free of charge starting on 02/04/25!!Except that this boost credit was canceled 😡 it's written in mini mini mini on my deadline indicating that I was the one who canceled 😡 well let's see!!So now Floa charges me with an application fee of 2.58%%% and the height of Floa's dishonesty they took an invoice for this little credit higher than mine well let's see so the application fees are higher 🤬😡🤬😡🤬I called various services, no concrete support, I sent more than 15 emails on payment services, contact, billing, complaints etc.... very virulent emails and obviously Floa ignores my requests and pretends not to understand by responding with random answers that have nothing to do with my problem 🤬😡🤬😡On their payment there are no processing fees on a boost credit!!!! This was confirmed, I have a screen shot of a counselor who took me for an imbecile and kept telling me:‘That’s it, did you understand??Obviously Floa wants to save time!!!!And I might have an answer in 2 months, well let’s see, I will have already paid everything back😡😡😡The solution is to write to the director Jose SALOIO and inform him of the scams, shenanigans and especially the ineffectiveness of the customer service of certain advisors by sending him their absurd responses also bearing their identity!!

Absolutely avoid! Unscrupulous scammers.After canceling my Casino card, they continue to charge me fees without any justification. I called for explanations and they hung up on me! They are just incompetent people.Avoid, especially if you value your money and your peace of mind.
