I confirm the previous notices for the drop-off or collection of packages. Despite the times indicated on the site, we are sometimes very poorly received. There, I was told "the machine doesn't work" after taking my 5 packages out of my bag (of course, I wasn't told anything outright when I got home). It is time for Mondial Relais to allow printing directly in automatic relays such as Delipop. We would avoid traders who are not traders. Same feeling as the other comments: sometimes he doesn't want to work.

Impossible to collect a package at 6 p.m., supposedly between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. the service is closed even though the machine is on the till and your packages are there. The gentleman mixes his brushes and changes his speech. I came by one day at 2 p.m. and I had no problems. In short, to flee.

Catastrophic for global relay packages! I had already had problems taking one out but this time it was giving one away. The cashier does not want to work, he tells you that your barcode does not work....I went to another relay point and oh miraculously, it works!! He doesn't care about the customer! Terrible service!! And what's more, rude!

Impossible to recover our package! Even on Sunday when on the Mondial Relay website it is indicated that it was possible that day. We went by 3 times! I would never again put a package to collect from this relay point.
