Epicerie Vasco, located in Enghien-les-Bains, presents a perplexing case based on user feedback. While identified primarily as a casino, the overwhelming majority of user reviews highlight its function as a package pick-up and drop-off point, specifically for services like Mondial Relay. This discrepancy sets the stage for a highly polarized customer experience.
Despite being categorized as a casino, customer reviews focus almost exclusively on Epicerie Vasco's role as a local shop offering parcel services. This suggests its primary interaction with the public, at least according to online sentiment, revolves around this convenience.
Amidst a largely negative landscape, one customer provided a glowing review, specifically praising the staff for their package handling service:
However, the majority of recent reviews paint a starkly different and concerning picture, focusing on significant issues with the parcel service:
Epicerie Vasco appears to be a location with a profoundly inconsistent customer experience, particularly concerning its package relay services. While one older review highlights positive interactions with friendly and hardworking staff, more recent feedback overwhelmingly points to significant frustrations, unreliability, and poor customer service when dealing with parcels.
Potential visitors seeking package services should proceed with caution and be prepared for potential difficulties or the need to find an alternative relay point. The conflicting nature of the reviews makes it challenging to predict whether one will encounter the helpful staff or the less cooperative attitude described by many.
I send and pick my packs from this Shop. Two guys who work there are really nice. I had never any problem with them. Thank you so much for your hard work, guys đ
I confirm the previous notices for the drop-off or collection of packages. Despite the times indicated on the site, we are sometimes very poorly received. There, I was told "the machine doesn't work" after taking my 5 packages out of my bag (of course, I wasn't told anything outright when I got home). It is time for Mondial Relais to allow printing directly in automatic relays such as Delipop. We would avoid traders who are not traders. Same feeling as the other comments: sometimes he doesn't want to work.
Impossible to collect a package at 6 p.m., supposedly between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. the service is closed even though the machine is on the till and your packages are there. The gentleman mixes his brushes and changes his speech. I came by one day at 2 p.m. and I had no problems. In short, to flee.
Catastrophic for global relay packages! I had already had problems taking one out but this time it was giving one away. The cashier does not want to work, he tells you that your barcode does not work....I went to another relay point and oh miraculously, it works!! He doesn't care about the customer! Terrible service!! And what's more, rude!
Impossible to recover our package! Even on Sunday when on the Mondial Relay website it is indicated that it was possible that day. We went by 3 times! I would never again put a package to collect from this relay point.
