When I called and a certain gentleman answered who didn't even mention his name, I asked: "Master, can you connect me to Wissingen?" He said "Not like that at all" and he ended the phone call without even talking to me .So I called again and asked him what his problem was and whether he could give me his name. He then gave me his name and said that I could also complain to the main headquarters in Kirchlengern, as he didn't mind at all.I wonder how you can treat a regular customer who comes directly with 2-3 people like that. Sad! I and my colleagues will no longer enter this arcade!

You can play great here. There are sufficient devices with enough spacing so that it rarely becomes too crowded.The service staff are very friendly and helpful, equipment is clean.Of course, it happens that you come across a device that wasn't disinfected immediately, but that's probably because some people think they have to use each device once within 10 minutes. On the one hand, they often don't have the opportunity to swing the rag so quickly and on the other hand, you have to leave the church in the village... Before Corona, the equipment in other arcades was cleaned maybe twice a day... and if you point this out politely, then none of the employees will say "I won't do that!!!"So I personally can't confirm any of the negative reviews here and would be happy to come back...
Was only there once, but that's enough. I noticed two of the employees talking really badly about a colleague. Yes, you don't have to like everyone, but you can talk about it in such a way that the customers don't notice. I don't feel like doing anything that nasty when I'm playing. I'm definitely not coming back.
