Dirty toilets, unfriendly staff, you only get drinks after 5-10 minutes. Maybe wipe down the drinks tray every 2 hours. Atmosphere is ruined when certain staff are there. The star I gave goes to the ladder, which is quite good.
Nice, large arcade.The service leaves something to be desired; I think they even get money slipped to them by the guests. Because everyone has two rooms open, five guests, and all the slot machines are occupied—that can't be right. This arcade is a complete failure according to the law. I've been thinking about writing a review for this arcade for a long time and decided to do so today.I and a large part of my circle of friends have been visiting this hall for several years and we have always been very enthusiastic.The service used to be very important (before the legal changes) and carried out with great attention to detail. Free cigarettes and absolutely top branded drinks as well as small snacks were not uncommon.The stay and the game itself was and still is a lot of fun.Unfortunately, the arcade had to remove a number of machines due to legal changes and thus the old flair of this great hall, which was also affectionately called a temple by some guests, has disappeared.I give 5/5 stars for the old great times.The best arcade I've ever been to where player protection is taken into account.Thanks for the great experiences and fun times, keep it up 🤝
