Hello, I would like to receive complaints from Ms. (Valleriya) Hansastraße 18, 80686 MunichI came in, gave me my ID, the woman tried to switch it on and it didn't work, then she broke my ID and I saw that with my eyes, then she and a gentleman who wasn't wearing work clothes but worked there argued that my ID was like that. In the end I say they can at least apologize but she says that I have to apologize. That was unbelievable!!!If the ID was as she said then why didn't she say it at the beginning???
