However, winnings are the absolute exception in this arcade. For days, no machine pays out a prize, regardless of the stake. If a win does occur, purely by chance (e.g., with a stake of 0.30–0.50 cents per spin), it's in the disappointing range of only around €30 to a maximum of €50. It can be observed that the machines immediately play back the credit balance, and no further winnings, no matter how small, are produced. It must have become clear to the gaming community by now that something is sometimes amiss here, and players are turning their backs on the establishment in frustration. There are days when, upon asking the staff, or even based on personal observation, very few or no customers come to this arcade. It's a shame, but of course understandable. A very nice atmosphere. You feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. It's very clean. The arcade is very nicely decorated and the waiting area is more reminiscent of a cozy bistro visit. The staff is very friendly. I would like to highlight one employee in particular. Her name is Jenny - when Jenny is on shift, you are immediately greeted with a beaming smile. You immediately feel at home. By far the nicest, cleanest and friendliest arcade I've ever been to.
If you are in Karlsuhre and the surrounding area, it is definitely worth a visit. Very relaxed, friendly atmosphere. As soon as you enter the casino you are surrounded by friendliness and good service (a rarity these days). I personally can't confirm the last review about the opening times, as I often go there at 6 a.m.
It has a very decent and clean ambiance. An environment where you can have fun chatting while playing games awaits you. The employees are very respectful.
