Christian, the boy who works there, isn't doing his job properly. He stays behind the counter, playing with his phone. We have to wait 30 minutes to order a coffee because he doesn't want to do anything. Change your staff, honestly!
This is not normal, at the moment there is work in the men's and ladies' toilets, we cannot access them. There are toilets upstairs and we are not allowed to go there to relieve ourselves. It's a shame, we spend a lot of money playing the machines and there aren't even toilets.
Deplorable welcome, endless waiting while a machine was released. Arrived as a couple and when finally someone served us, we were obliged not to watch the partner play and we were asked to kindly stay in front of reception while waiting for a machine to be released...? Normally we pamper a customer to keep him,but here it's quite the opposite (everything is done to scare him away)Even in the big casinos, we have never had such a welcome.
